I love this dress. It's from Dewberry Vintage on etsy (which I haven't ordered from yet because I am decrepit and poor--not to mention dramatic--but I love it to bits). I saw this dress a few weeks ago, and have been close to tears every time I go through my etsy faves and see it. I would buy it in a heartbeat, if only it fit! Oh my waist, how you betray me. If I thought I could without busting into internal tears I would write a poem to this dress, and it would know we were meant to be. Someone should purchase it immedietly and end my suffering (because it is not practical for a girl pinching her pennies to buy a dress just to hang it on a wall and worship it). Plus, it's called the Alice in Wonderland Dress. My heart, it beats wildly!

I had to remove that dress from my favorites because I'd kept looking at it, forgetting it was too small, and become depressed all over again.
aw, that's a lovely dress. I have an etsy wish list 12 miles long that just languishes while my bank account mocks me with its own tiny measurements (!)
I feel betrayed by my hips usually, not my waist, but I do feel your pain.
Oh, I have been looking at this dress too, I just wish it wasn't impossibly small! Sigh!

oh god a 22 waist?! i hate vintage clothing for that sometimes, they never fit me either. it's so lovely.
I go though this often being a larger size, I am dying for anything Gunne but can never fit the measurements. Don't be sad, another dress will be along to knock your socks off in a minute!
If you had the pennies to spend I don't think it would be at all eccentric to buy and hang on the wall because it is a work of art.

I favorited it too, and I am first of all too poor to buy it, and second it's about 2397237 sizes too small! But you have to just to peek at it every now and then, right?
Anyway, cheer up! I try to tell myself these things just aren't meant to be and you'll find something great sooner or later :D!

It is indeed a beautiful dress. I usually have the same problem, I'm pretty short and most vintage dresses I've found are a size medium not a small, so that deprives me from buying them.
